Terms of service

The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “General Terms and Conditions of Sale” or “GTCS”) exclusively govern the sale of Products marketed on the website https://mythweave-official.com (hereinafter the “Product” or the “Products”) and the relationship between MYTHWEAVE OÜ, a company governed by Estonian law, registered under number registrikood 17217666, whose registered office is located at Sakala tn 7-2, Kesklinna linnaosa, 10141 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia (hereinafter “MYTHWEAVE”), and any Customer using the Site.

The Customer is invited to read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully before placing any Order. By placing an Order on the Site, the Customer unreservedly accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS

Words whose first letter appears in uppercase shall have the meaning assigned to them in this article, whether used in the singular or plural:

GTCS or General Terms and Conditions: Refers to the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their version applicable on the MYTHWEAVE Site.

Contract: Refers to the contract formed between the Customer and MYTHWEAVE, the purpose of which is the sale of Products. It is composed of the GTCS and the Orders.

Order: Refers to any order placed by the Customer, materialised by the confirmation email sent to the Customer at the end of the ordering process.

Customer: Refers to any natural person over 18 years old, acting as a consumer, possessing full legal capacity, and placing an Order for their own needs, the needs of a minor, or as a legal guardian.

Personal Data or Data: Refers to any information enabling the direct or indirect identification of a natural person, such as name, surname, email, postal address, telephone number.

MYTHWEAVE: MYTHWEAVE OÜ, registered in Estonia under number registrikood 17217666, headquartered at Sakala tn 7-2, Kesklinna linnaosa, 10141 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia.

PRINTFUL: Refers to Printful Inc, the print-on-demand distributor of Products, whose registered office is located at 11025 Westlake Dr, Charlotte, North Carolina 28273, USA.

Product: Refers to any product offered for sale on https://mythweave-official.com.

Site: Refers to the website accessible at https://mythweave-official.com and operated by MYTHWEAVE.

ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE

MYTHWEAVE offers Products for sale to the Customer, records Orders, and fulfils them in accordance with the Contract. Any Order placed on the Site entails the Customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of the GTCS. The Contract governs all relations between the Customer and MYTHWEAVE, and prevails over all other commercial documents such as brochures or catalogues.

Browsing the Site also constitutes the Customer’s full acceptance of all the General Terms and Conditions, which the Customer acknowledges having fully read.

The GTCS, like the Contract, may not be modified without the prior, express, and written consent of MYTHWEAVE.

The Site does not allow the purchase of Products for resale purposes.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS AND PRICES

3.1 Products

Only the Products displayed on the Site at the date and time of the Customer’s Order are offered for sale, subject to availability. Restrictions may be applied by MYTHWEAVE regarding the maximum number of Products that may be ordered by a Customer, for certain types of Products and/or within a single Order.

MYTHWEAVE uses its best efforts to accurately present the characteristics of the Products. Essential features, descriptions, and presentation of each Product are displayed on the Site in the corresponding sections. Products comply with applicable French law.

3.2 Product Prices

Product prices are displayed by default in euros including all taxes, excluding processing and shipping fees. Prices are indicated in Euros (€). However, prices may be displayed in another currency selected by the Customer using the currency selector available in the Site’s header and footer.

MYTHWEAVE Products are shipped worldwide, except to the following regions: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk (Ukraine), Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, North Korea, Iran, and Syria.

MYTHWEAVE reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the Order is registered, subject to availability.

3.3 Product Manufacturing

MYTHWEAVE works with its print-on-demand distributor PRINTFUL. Print-on-demand means each item is produced specifically for the Customer, reducing overproduction and waste. This method enables more efficient use of resources and reduces carbon footprint by avoiding unnecessary storage and transport.

Distributors are located worldwide, so depending on the Customer’s location, Orders are printed and shipped from the most efficient fulfilment centre.

ARTICLE 4 – ORDERS

4.1 Customer Data

To process Orders and manage customer relations, MYTHWEAVE requires the Customer to provide necessary information such as identity (name, surname), postal address, email address, and telephone number.

MYTHWEAVE cannot process Orders or respond to any request from the Customer if they refuse to provide such information, as it is essential for managing the relationship and fulfilling Orders.

The Data collected for the purpose of processing the Order are processed in accordance with applicable regulations on Personal Data protection and Article 11 of this Contract (“Personal Data”).

4.2 Order Validation

The Customer may, optionally, subscribe to the newsletter, which provides periodic updates about MYTHWEAVE (new products, restocking, etc.). Unsubscribing is possible at any time via the link included at the bottom of each newsletter.

The Customer then selects their payment method. By placing an Order on the Site, the Customer unreservedly agrees to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Before final validation of the Order, the Customer may verify its details, the total price, and correct any errors before confirming. Any Order confirmed by the Customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of all provisions of the GTCS.

The Customer’s commitment is confirmed by a final validation click determining the quantity and selection of Products. Payment formalises the definitive validation of the Order and the sales Contract with MYTHWEAVE.

Notifications and emails sent during the ordering process are handled by MYTHWEAVE’s partner Shopify, under the conditions set out in Article 5. MYTHWEAVE cannot be held responsible for delays or issues in these communications.

MYTHWEAVE may refuse or cancel any Order including one or more out-of-stock Products. The Customer will be informed accordingly.

4.3 Reservations

MYTHWEAVE reserves the right to refuse any Order that appears abnormal or any Order placed by a Customer with whom a dispute concerning payment of a previous Order exists.

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT

5.1 Payment of the Order

The Customer expressly acknowledges that any Order placed on the Site and confirmed by MYTHWEAVE by email constitutes an Order with a payment obligation, requiring payment in exchange for the Products ordered.

Payment is made via Stripe, PayPal, or through the secure payment service provided by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express, for which the Customer certifies they are the holder.

At the time of payment, the Customer enters the sixteen digits of the bank card, the expiration date, and, where applicable, the visual cryptogram.

5.2 Order Validation

The Customer’s Order is recorded and confirmed once the payment is accepted by the bank.

The Customer’s account is debited only once (i) the bank card data has been verified and (ii) the debit has been accepted by the issuing bank. Failure to debit the due amount results in immediate cancellation of the sale.

By providing their banking information, the Customer authorises MYTHWEAVE to immediately debit the total amount of the Order. Payments are handled by Shopify, MYTHWEAVE’s partner, which secures connections via the TLS protocol. Payments by bank card are also protected by the 3D Secure protocol.

At no point do the Customer’s banking details transit through MYTHWEAVE’s systems. However, neither MYTHWEAVE nor Shopify can guarantee absolute security given technological risks.

MYTHWEAVE may also cancel an Order automatically and without notice in case of non-payment, fraudulent payment, fraud or attempted fraud.

5.3 Order Tracking

The Customer will receive a tracking link by email once the Order is shipped. For any questions, customer service may be contacted at: contact.mythweave@gmail.com.

5.4 Incorrect/Damaged Product

If a Product is accidentally incorrect or damaged, the Customer must email contact.mythweave@gmail.com? within 14 days of receipt, with a detailed description, quality photos of the damaged item, the Order number, and any relevant details.

ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY

6.1 Order Delivery Times

Orders generally take 2 to 5 business days to process. Delivery times vary depending on the Customer’s location:

  • Europe: 2 – 6 business days

  • United States: 8 – 11 business days

  • United Kingdom: 3 – 5 business days

  • EFTA countries: 3 – 7 business days

  • Canada: 9 – 12 business days

  • Australia / New Zealand: 11 – 21 business days

  • Japan: 11 – 13 business days

  • Brazil: 16 – 26 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10 – 20 business days

6.2 Customs Fees

Additional customs duties or taxes may apply to orders outside the EU or international orders. These charges are not under MYTHWEAVE’s control and are imposed by the Customer’s local customs office. Customs policies vary from country to country. The Customer is responsible for checking with their local customs office whether duties or taxes apply.

6.3 Non-Receipt of an Order

Before contacting MYTHWEAVE, the Customer shall:

  • Check the shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address

  • Ask their local post office if the parcel is being held

  • Check with neighbours in case the courier left the parcel with them

If the delivery address is correct and the parcel is not at the post office or with a neighbour, the Customer must contact MYTHWEAVE within 14 days from the originally expected delivery date at contact.mythweave@gmail.com, specifying the Order number.

ARTICLE 7 – WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS, EXCHANGES

7.1 Legal Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

In accordance with the provisions of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, and more specifically Article 16, the fourteen (14)-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

 

The products offered by MYTHWEAVE are printed on demand. No items are pre-manufactured or kept in stock: production (printing) is initiated only after the order has been validated, based on the customer’s selections (model, size, color, and chosen design).

 

Even when the customer selects from predefined designs offered by MYTHWEAVE, the final product is manufactured specifically for that individual order, making it unique and unsuitable for resale in the event of a return.

This approach is also part of MYTHWEAVE’s ecological and ethical commitment, which aims to:

  • avoid overproduction and textile waste,
  • limit unsold items and product destruction,
  • reduce the carbon footprint associated with unnecessary storage and transportation. 

The print-on-demand model therefore allows us to produce only what is actually ordered, promoting a more responsible and environmentally respectful form of consumption.

 

As a result, and in accordance with applicable legislation, MYTHWEAVE products are not eligible for return or exchange based on the right of withdrawal, except in cases of a manufacturing defect or production error.

 

In these exceptional cases, the customer is invited to contact customer service at the following address: contact.mythweave@gmail.com, within 14 days of receiving the order, providing photos of the product concerned, so that an appropriate solution can be offered.

7.2 Exchange Policy

MYTHWEAVE does not offer exchanges. If the Customer is unsure about sizing, they may consult the size guides available in each Product description.

In rare cases where an item is mislabelled, the Customer must contact MYTHWEAVE within 14 days at contact.mythweave@gmail.com, providing the Order number, detailed description, and clear photos so a replacement or refund can be issued.

ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY

Products comply with applicable French legislation. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check with local authorities regarding possible import or use restrictions.

Photographs and descriptions on the Site are not contractual. MYTHWEAVE cannot be held liable for any error in these illustrations or texts.

The Customer acknowledges that the characteristics and constraints of the internet do not guarantee the security or integrity of data transmission. MYTHWEAVE does not guarantee continuous or error-free operation of the Site.

MYTHWEAVE cannot be held liable in cases of stock shortages, force majeure, postal or transport strikes, natural disasters, or other major disruptions.

MYTHWEAVE shall not be liable for indirect damages, including loss of profit, business loss, missed opportunities, or other consequential damage.

Customers are responsible for their use of the Site. MYTHWEAVE is not liable for misuse or violations of these GTCS.

External links may direct to third-party sites. MYTHWEAVE is not responsible for third-party content.

ARTICLE 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

MYTHWEAVE grants the Customer a limited, temporary licence for the sole purpose of browsing the Site and placing Orders.

All Products, texts, images, illustrations, and designs on the Site are protected by intellectual property laws worldwide.

Any unauthorised use may constitute infringement and engage the Customer’s civil and/or criminal liability.

ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA

10.1 Processing of Personal Data

To place an Order, the Customer must provide personal information.

MYTHWEAVE collects and processes Personal Data in accordance with CNIL requirements, French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, and the GDPR (EU 2016/679), as adapted by Law No. 2018-493 of 20 June 2018.

10.2 Cookies

ARTICLE 11 – AMENDMENTS TO THE GTCS

The GTCS may be amended at any time by MYTHWEAVE.

In case of modification, contractual relations between MYTHWEAVE and the Customer shall be governed exclusively by the GTCS accepted at the time of the Order.

MYTHWEAVE undertakes to inform Customers of any modification by email.
