Delivery-related questions
What is the delivery charge?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination. You will see the exact amount before finalizing your order.
What are the delivery times?
It generally takes 2 to 5 business days to process an order, after which it is shipped. Shipping time depends on your location, but it can be estimated as follows:
- Europe: 2-6 business days
- United States: 8-11 business days
- United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
- EFTA states: 3-7 working days
- Canada: 9-12 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 11 - 21 business days
- Japan: 11-13 business days
- Brazil: 16-26 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-20 business days
How can I track my order?
Once your purchase is complete, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link in a new email.

Where are my Mythweave items shipped to?
Wherever you are, we are here to bring our finest creations directly to your door.
We currently deliver worldwide, except in the regions of Crimea, Luhansk and Donetsk in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, North Korea, Iran and Syria.
I received a damaged item.
At Mythweave, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. That's why all our orders undergo a three-step quality control process before being shipped. However, if the product you ordered accidentally arrived damaged, we are very sorry.
To help us resolve this issue quickly, please follow the procedure outlined in our terms and conditions and contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a detailed description of the problem, quality photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other relevant details you may have regarding your order.
