1. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.

2. Order Delivery Times

Orders generally take 2 to 5 business days to process before they are shipped.
Shipping times depend on your location and can be estimated as follows:

  • Europe: 2 – 6 business days

  • United States: 8 – 11 business days

  • United Kingdom: 3 – 5 business days

  • EFTA States: 3 – 7 business days

  • Canada: 9 – 12 business days

  • Australia / New Zealand: 11 – 21 business days

  • Japan: 11 – 13 business days

  • Brazil: 16 – 26 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10 – 20 business days

3. Taxes and Customs Duties for Orders Outside the European Union

For all orders shipped outside the European Union (EU), the total price charged by MYTHWEAVE will be exclusive of taxes (0% VAT). However, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may be payable once the package arrives in the destination country. These duties and charges are not the responsibility of MYTHWEAVE. They are the sole responsibility of the Buyer, both in terms of declarations and payments to the relevant authorities and organizations in their country. MYTHWEAVE cannot predict the amount of these charges and advises the Buyer to inquire with the local authorities in their country of residence before placing an order.

4. If an Order Is Not Received

Before contacting MYTHWEAVE, please take the following steps:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email to detect any mistakes in the delivery address

  • Ask your local post office if they are holding your parcel

  • Check with your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address is correct and the parcel is not at the post office or with your neighbour, you may contact MYTHWEAVE within 14 days from the originally expected delivery date at contact.mythweave@gmail.com, specifying your order number.
